The matza bakery visited our school for eyfs and ks1 pupils who all had great fun making their own matza and learning all about pesach with Rabbi Shmuli. Parents of preschool pupils also joined us for this event.

Beautiful seders in KS1 The children sang their hearts out.

Year 6 took part in an exciting escape room challenge 'Escape from Egypt'. They had to race against each other in teams to complete the Pesach themed challenges in order to get the numbers to open the combination lock. 

Year 6 parents joined us for our interactive year 5&6 Seder. Thanks to our wonderful Parents' Guild who prepared 5 sedarim across the whole school.

Four pupils from year 5 joined Newlands care home residents for their demonstration Seder, along with children from a local non jewish school. They also met the Lady Mayor of Salford and a local priest. The children sang Ma Nishtana in Hebrew and English.

Year 1 created beautiful afikoman bags.
