After learning about different brachot, one of the highlights of Reception is our special Brachot Party. Parents are invited to join their children who present songs about each bracha they have learnt and then make the different brachot with everyone answering Amen. We have over the past few years, dedicated this special brachot party to children in the community who have been poorly and have invited family members to come and join us for this event where possible.
The highlight of year 1 is the Siddur Ceremony. The hall is usually packed with family members joining us for this special event. Rabbi Walker joins us for this event each year and always speaks beautifully to the children and to the parents.
