After School Club Play Worker – term time only 3pm-6pm Monday through Thursday
Job description
Reporting to Manager of Out of School Club and Deputy Manager
Providing a caring and nurturing environment for the children.
Work in a team
Honest, reliable and trustworthy
DBS Checked and Safeguarding trained
First Aid Trained
Willingness to do childcare qualifications.
Ensure that there is always crafts available for the children
Prepare and do a craft once or twice a week for the children
Make the sandwiches for the children once or twice a week
Serve the children their snack and tidy up after
Set up the hall for the afternoon with tables to eat at, craft, toys and colouring
Watch the children while they are playing outside and ensure their safety
Tidying up and packing away at the end of play.

EYFS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective planning, teaching and assessment
and play a significant role in our Reception and Preschool.

* A strong knowledge of the Jewish Studies curriculum appropriate to EYFS

Working under the direction of the Office Administrator, the successful candidate will provide high quality administrative support to the Headteacher, Finance Officer and Senior Leadership Team and be the first point of contact for parents, students and visitors.
The successful applicant should be fully trained to use Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel and be able to produce newsletters and presentations, have an understanding of SIMS, and a good telephone manner, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
